yeah i think because the lights are mounted cross ways in that length tank it may just be 1 short.

also i just noticed reading through the thread and looking at the pictures again that the biological/mechanical filter/reactor is mounted in the first chamber, i think skimmer would perform better if it was first in line.....maybe put the filter / reactor after the skimmer.
the skimmer should be doing the hard graft after the socks

looking great though jenaid.....keep it up

I hear what you say Marco but there is no biological filter only mechanical filers in the first compartment all the biological filers are the live rock. the Skimmer is perfect where it is.

    Since the last update...
Due to the long wait of cycling I was eager to stock up which resulted in overstocking (fish) which left me with an outbreak of white spot and flux. I ended up medicating the tank which slowed my progress down drastically. As things came right my 3 tangs started turning on all the other fish. This is where I am at the moment trying to catch the last 2 tangs who are constantly at each others throats!

On a progress note, finally coraline algae has taken off and the corals are doing very well due to the additions to the system which was the extra lighting, extra power heads, nitrate reactor and UV light.

We've been let down twice by cabinet manufacturers. If anybody has any recommendations will be much appreciated.

Hey bud. Looking awsome there. I put in a lawnmower blenny and a convict tang. And they munched on whatever gha i had left. Maybe look at adding that, but before you do, find the source of your gha. But it's looking good mate.

    Hi Junaid
Hang in their it gets much better after 12 months.
I am happy you finally have a cabinets maker, looking forward to seeing your tank finished with them on.
