So a while back started building a 1.4m tank. Bought some goodies here on masa and some from lfs. One weekend away from putting water in, when my wife dropped the news that we are moving. Well ok. We moved into new house and tank ended up in garage. No space in house and wooden floors. So sold the tank setup and got half the size tank.

    Tank 700 x 450 x 550
    Sump 600 x 330 x 350.

Tank in first week of cycle.

Cycling 2 months now. Just started thread after tank was running for a few weeks. Water parameters been stable after first 36 days. Kept at it for another 30 days. Going to start stocking tank slowly. First was Bubble tip and clown fish. Week later Leather Corral and 2 cardinals.

Please read as much as you can about the bubble tip anemone so that you will understand what signs to look for when it's in trouble. Also secure your powerhead with some netting as the anemone might walk around specially since she is new and may end up being chopped up. This will kill every single fish in your system in a couple of hours. The anemone is something most reefers will only put it much later ...but seeing that you already have it i suggest to go read up on as much as you can to look for signs of distress. Good luck and looking good:m03:

    Yes yes and yes.
Thanks for your guys concern but this is not my first tank.
Will not buy something if I do not have the tools or skill or Finance to keep and look after something.

Lighting is a DIY LED unit. All 3w
    4 X UV
    2 x Red
    14 x Royal Blue
    17 X 15000K

Bubble tip took food when I fed it. Will feed it once a week. Knew that the bubble tip will move around in beginning and thats why I put it in early before I start stocking.
