Awesome little fish. Add so much character to a tank. Mine has doubled in size over 2 months

Thanks man. That’s right. There is a pic earlier in the thread. Those are old t5s, so I need to replace them actually. But love the look of the combo.

Just a couple of update and coral pics. Batting some patches of algae here and there. And strangely enough my hammers and frogspawns seem to be struggling a bit and not opening up as much.

Thanks Riaan! Had to rescape a bit to make some more space for sps to grow out a bit more and to add one or two more nice pieces.

Too stunning! Your scroll ridge makes me jealous, haven't had much luck getting mine to grow.

Yeah, it’s an awesome coral, but grows painfully slow. But there is some progress at least!

This was when I got it in May 2017. There’s some progress at least. IMG_6886.JPG

I made a giant leap in my progress today! Started closing up the stand. In my 2 years of reefing I’ve never done the effort to close up a tank stand! IMG_7924.JPG

Now the question is: Is there anything I should worry about having the stand closed now? Lack of fresh air and Ph and stuff like that?

    Looks lovely

As long as the back is open you should be fine.
