Oh oh oh oh like a little boy at Xmas my Achilles Tang arrived today all safe. A little stressed but already dripping.

Going into QT and fattening up station for two weeks then into my main DT :) he is in a black bucket with a blanket over him with a air stone so no pics :)

When he is less stressed and in the QT I will get some pics.

6cm and busy changing from his juvi colors to his adult colors :)

    Soooooo excited :)

Ps: what's with the black bucket? Surely the poor fish will die of fright when it eventually sees the light..?

Congrats man! Acanthurus, you have to quarantine it like a mofo! They are white spot magnets so you have to do a full quarantine and the tank must be WS free otherwise its gonna look like a sugar dusted donut soon lol

It's to reduce stress on the fish maid was here cleaning etc ... That would of given it more stress

My theory on WS has changed you always going to have it, QT or me is about making him so strong he can fight off WS as needed. My fish have been WA free for 8months touch wood. That's not because WS is gone in my tank it's because they fatties and can fight it off that's what I am trying to build with this little one.
