Issues uploading pics!!!

Guys... Please tell me how am i supposed to upload pics if it keeps rejecting them. . .
After following ALL the steps.
I've been having this issue for along time now!

is the picture size below 225kb?

Internet explorer.. I even downloaded Google chrome and still nothing!!!

I know @viper357 struggled with IE to get it working. Are you on the latest version?

I'm on Firefox. No trouble. Sometimes I use Chrome

If you click the Image Uploader link underneath your avatar you will see all of your pics there.
