How do I treat it. Cut away and dip with what?

I'm tagging on this one, I have noticed on my monti that I have about 4 places that this has started happening over the last couple of days, it's either nudi's or STN, RTN destroys your coral in a few hours.

similar thing happend when my salt levels were over 43ppt.:whistling:

imsure yours want be like that!

pic1 & 2 look like a nudi attack.
Agree

I do not see any nudis.
You don't see them until you dip. A well known reefer here, compared them to fleas. When they start laying eggs they become terribly destructive. The bigger sexually mature ones can be seen but vast majority are very small
The 3rd one ease from the base up.
I would guess flow.

Ok what treatment here please

Guys thanks for all the advice. I removed the rock and the Monti, took the monti off the LR and that is now in a drum on its own. The Monti I cut the infected part away and I have now got that in a seperate tank. Will see what it looks like tomorrow. The birds nest and Acro are history.

Can anyone indicate where nudis would suddenly appear from if you have never had them before.

Thanks Mekaeel. Shit to loose things like this but lesson learned about where to buy livestock from.
