is this guy a threat

my boxing shrimp is running around with no pinches and my sally foot crab disappeared, I read that the arrow crab is a carnivore. but when i got it, it was really small now it is the biggest thing in my tank. Should i sump him ?

Damn, I thought a boxer shrimp would kick an arrow crab's ass. Sump him or sell him I'd say
