Is this aptasia?

    There seems to be new things popping up everyday, first white spot, spaghetti worms and now these..

    Is this snail safe?

    It definately seems like Aptasia yes. Nuke it :D

    I am not sure about the snail, but I am inclined to say no.

    That snail looks like a problem thou. I can see something coming out the front.

    Is it in your sump?

    obviously the snail is not local to South African waters.

    Its in the DT. Quite a pretty looking snail.. @RiaanP If your snail aunti wants it, its all hers..

    if its imported, she will.
    Keep it in your sump in the meantime. Could be a nice to have.
    From where did you get your liverock? Not the shop, but which part of the world does it come from?

    Her comment
    In english, Pascula Muricata,
    Part of the Muricidae family.
    And they are predators on other snails, especially bi-valves.

    You get a local version, but the local snail mouth is a bit more yellow.

    I must convince her to join MASA.

    So, I'm guessing she don't want it.. Well then, I guess he will be terminated although I don't think I have the heart..
