Is the rock still alive

    Hi guys just a quick one. If I had some live rock in a black container for about two years with a couple of flow pumps and a heater will the rock still have any life in it

    yes, it could. Depends if you did feed it. Meaning, at times add a little bit of flakes or whatever. But does not matter, if at 25degrees or close to that, it will be completely cycled and perfect to use.

    Nope no feeding. Just lots if flow and temp at 26 deg. The rock looks super clean and like new. Well gonna start a little nano will see how it turns out
