put this in relation to your tank. Then it would be easier for others to comment.
Seeing the unit alone, and having to go and search pictures you might have posted somewhere else will not result in the right answers.

Anyway, I doubt if the Leds are 0.05 watt each.
What is the specs of the transformer?

I agree with Riaan that it is very difficult to say. I know that a 20w 6500k ever ready cfl that you get from spar will keep zoas alive.

Basically what i am saying is that Maybe you should get a zoa frag, just 2 polyps and put it in your tank to see what happens. unfortunately trial and error may be the way to go here. Also lots of guys will happily give away a Xenia frag just to get rid of it, you could maybe ask for one to try in your tank.

By the way, the tube worm, looks beautiful but may be a bit difficult to care for in your tank. I have never managed to keep one alive for more then 6 months. Lots of plankton feeding in your sized tank for a tube worm might not be a good thing.

for your size tank. that will be an upgrade from 3W to 9W

Feel more optimistic that this unit will work for corals in your small system.

i have this light in my 30cmX30cmX30cm cube. I can assure you that you will grow zoas, shrooms, ricordia floridia, fox coral, blastos and acans. My acans have got new heads and shrooms are splitting. So for softies and some LPS, it is a very good light and will work in your pico.

this light does work for soft corals but will not really make your corals pop because there are too few blue - too many white. When only blue's are on - you get real pop. This light will keep your corals alive and will give you growth.
