What is the most effective way to run your chiller?

Currently I am running it to and from my last return stage in the sump. I think now that this is not the most effective, cause as it switches on, and chills the last stage, in a minute all that cold water has gone to the DT, and the warm water is back in and the chiller starts up again, basically it stop starts the whole time.

I did try run it the same as a return, but had too much flow over the DSB, I am thinking now of switching of the standered return pump, and rather running my return through the chiller.

Nothing wrong in feeding your chiller via your return pump. Do so :)
By the way, the Sealine guys want to put you away for arranging a social and not showing up

Meks, the weather looked fine, but the pressure was rising, rather wait till the NE blows for 3-4 days, then the reef tank will come to a hold lol.
