Hi Ross do you mean power or the size it self as the 300mm unit is the smallest you get but if asking about the light the LEDs give you get the SR260 aswell, the sizes you get in the Illumina are as follows 300,600,900,1200 and 1500mm if that helps sorry Nathan just thought I would help out

Are the SR260 led pads upgradeable to the SR360LED PADS?

    Hey Pete
I am talking about physical size. Looking for something new on my Nano.
Currently have a FlexiLED from Nathan but think I need more.
    Thanks for the input...

Complete upgrades are possible on all Illuminas. The basic body and programming are the same for all strengths. The pads themselves need to be exchanged.

Ross, what is the actual size of the tank. We produce the Illumilux in 340mm lengths, the smallest size. Not as strong as the Illumina, but idea for many smaller tanks. We offer 3 different colour combinations in the marine colours.

    The tank is 460 x 380.
Will try sneak in some Google time on these units as I would also like to use my Profilux with them.

    Thanks.

    Ross,

I think the Illumilux may be your answer, although the Illumina could be used, as well. The Illumina would give you intense amounts of light and you would rarely run it more than 50%, which is very cost efficient. It would have the advantage of being usefull in the future for tanks up to 65x65x65 cube (or so). And it has all the bells and whistles, while the Illumilux is a simple 2 line/colour system. With the Illumilux I would recommend 2 lamps, 1x Marino Blue and 1x Marino Sole.

As far as I know, no one has run the Illumilux with another control system, such as profilux. The lamps have their own memories and are not designed for direct dimming.

The Illumina lights already have a more advanced lighting computer than the profilux, so you will not need to controll them with the profilux.

Got a SR200 30cm over my 60cm cube and it packs a punch so the SR360 will be off the hook!

The Vertex site says that the Illumilux can use an optional in-line 1-10v module for dimming and also says it is fully compatible with the Vertex Cerebra or other device capable of regulating 1-10v signals.

Gonna look into that a little more.
