Looks like glove polyps. Very fast growing & very hardy!

Doesn't look like Xenia to me, the polyps appear to resemble fingers more than the feathery appearance of Xenia, I think, not sure, could we get a better pic of those polyps please? :)

It sort of resembles the polyps of alveopora.

It won't be alveopora, it just resembles the polyps, for the life of me I can't remember the name of the coral I am thinking of, lol.

Yeah you are right it looks like the colouring form the Goniopora, but also a type of xenia, hopefully still feeding the marinesnow will bring them out a little -

Coral Frenzy, is something im keen on trying is there anyone in JHB that you know off that sells the stuff?

I got a very similar GSP on a frag plug from @JungleAquatics. It took some days for the polyps to extend though. The polyps came out green not like those cream coloured things on the top right of your plug.

I was trying to establish what the cream coloured things are...

My GSP's have fully extended this was when my light had just come on, so they were stll asleep.

They were sold as a GSP frag, but something else came along for the ride :)

Not complaining but just trying to figure what came along ;)
