Noe, they part of the clean up crew. Check your tank after lights out, you're bound to have many of them.

Besides the electrical shock, did you introduce any new live stock, change anything, add something new?

Things in a tank can't get shocked, they would die from the products caused by having wires in the tank.
Those worms are rather hardy and would probably tolerate fairly bad parameters.
Are things in your tank still dying?

Well all my corals are now out. But the wire in my tank killed all my inverts too. So now I'm starting to worry. I did another water change today.

I have not added anything. I will only add something once my tank has settled for at least 3months from this incident.

Tangs are sensitive fish, they can ill very quickly from stress and die without fail. Are all you other fish ok, did they eat today?

I am stumped at this one. I think the stress from you taking everything out, and maybe a small NH3 spike could've just been too much for him. That being said, I am surprised the regal is doing great, just keep an eye on him. Was the yellow eating this morning when you left, did the regal and yellow live in peace?
How long have you had him. If all these questions came back on a positive note, I would say it was acute stress from the whole episode.
