    Hi guys

This started to grow on my LR a month back and thought it was bubble algae was red but now it looks like the coralline algae and it has orange spots or something on it

    And that

I think it is a type of encrusting sps, beginning it look liked white craters and now there is small brown polyps extending from it. just want to make sure, this is kenya LR

First pic is mature red bubble algae. If popped they spread around the whole tank.

I would get rid of the "red bubble algae" now... once that stuff gets going, it's relentless.

you don't have to take rock out completely, just hold the piece with algae out of water & scrape off...

How big is this tank, I've tried removing bubble algae, it always grows back. Even with low nutrients they still pop up everyone. Luckily tangs love it. Mine go crazy for it, I've got some in my frag tank and I put rocks covered in it into my main tank as a treat.
