ID please?

    One of these (the green things - looks like anenome) hitched a ride with some live rock about 2 months ago. I target fed it with some mysis/brine and sortly thereafter it multiplied. Since then it has multiplied to 9 individuals so far. None of them have grown any larger. Anyone have an idea what these are? Alan

    Not 100% sure, but they look like Majano. One on the right looks to be chowing your shroom

    Majano Anemonies for sure, I am not as rabid as the other folks with repect to these guys, as they multipy pretty slowly (unless you are target feeding them :)) and you dont have the issue you have with aiptasia in that when you do zap em (Joes Juice works wonders on Majano) you dont get 1,000,000 little majanos

    Keep them under control and you will never have an issue with them IMO

    Thanks for the replies. Pity they are pests as they look nice. I stopped feeding them after they multiplied which has now also stopped. The only problem one is next to the mushroom. I will remove this one this evening. If they do continue spreading I will remove all of them.

    Alan, I just blasted about 50 Majanos with Joes Juice, please make sure you use JJ or something similar

    Pretty to look at, bad to have! They can take over pretty fast! Nuke them!
