    Ditto... maybe it would be easier to tell if we had a better reference for the size of the polyps?

    Ok, I'll take a chance and just buy it, thanks for the help, will post a decent pic when I get it so we can do a more positive ID.:)

    tobes give the fella a break....he loves anything thats marine and has GREEN in it....impulse buying is important when your whole tank is green :)

    in fairness i think viper did good asking first and atleast getting the general corral type before buying it. Better than me :(

    I think I've got a possible ID on it, what about Echinopora lamellosa, I think it's classed as an LPS, is the common name a Chalice coral?

    I hadnt realised chalice came in such diverse colours, but looks like u maybe right there :) pretty none the less.

    i wonder if youll still get a warm pack to keep your ballas warm like last time???
