    Could be macro algea
    Interesting shape though... is it stationary?

    It's just some red algae i think..my scopa tang makes a meal of it and it don't get a chance to grow..

    Hi MavrickFDT.
    The red algea is called "Red Dictyota" or "Nitophyllum" according to Julian Sprung's book:Algea,A Problem Solver Guide.It states that this algea "seems to have a positive effect on water quality."

    well if it is Red Dictyota and its a good thing then I guess it will stay.
