Id needed on these frags please

    Hi guys

    Try to post this a few times since I received the frags and every time the pictures is to big so I hope this new ones will work.

    Don't know how to care for them before I don't know what they are.

    Got them from Trev in CT and all I know they are sps lol

    Oh and the white points on the 2 on the right is new grow, looks like the branches is getting longer, the are creamish color with looks like green polyps (something I might be doing right)


    the big one looks like cactus lol, brown with million of brown polyps

    on the left is montipora digitata

    The other is an acropora

    The monti looks like it is suffering from base tissue necrosis. Double check your alkalinity because this is mainly caused by low alkalinity

    Did receive them in a bag and had to glue it my self, is the same since I received them 2 weeks back

    my Alk is 4.00 ppm Kh 11.2

    It was probably the glue that did it to the monti.

    Just keep an eye on your paramaters and make sure they stay stable, you shouldnt have any problems ;)

    without a clear image I would say the fragment on the left is a pocilipora dramicoirnis
    and the other two pieces are Acropora granulosa

    I know, think the first thing on a list to start a reef tank is to get a decent camera
    If I zoom in the pics is blurry

    I used superglue gel
