Id gurkin please

    Hey Guys

    I got these funny gurkin looking things with my Zoa's. Any idea what they are?
    The LFS said they have never received anything like it...

    Hi lappies. They too are some type of zoanthid.... Let me get my 2 Oceans book... I will let you know now....

    Hi Lappies - look up: Knobbly zoanthid (Isaurus tuberculatus)....

    Looks exactly like the ones I have in the tank- found them locally- and they only extend their polyp at night when it is dark

    Jip Sean - I got the id from my Two Oceans reference book on local ocean life...

    Coll thanks guys...I wondered why they didn't extend polyps during the day...now I can relax.. I'll sneak up on them at night to see what they really look like
