martin just a bit of advice. you got lucky if it is in fact an alveopora as it is the hardier cousin of the goniopora or "flowerpot coral". If it was a goniopora you would struggle to keep it alive. Rather research thoroughly before purchasing coral just on appearance.

Thanks for the ID .Guess it is my lucky day it should do great seeing that my 6 month old Goniopora is doing great ( below) The LFS was not sure what it was and because it was so small gave it away !!

Gonis do well but i find around the 8 month mark they take a dive.. beware .. not something im going to purchase again...
