    Hi people

    Iv found this on a small piece of rock some are clear most are white and thing. Touched them with a tong it does not retract or anything.
    Please let me know if this is good or bad

    Probably a sponge or turnicate, harmless
    A better pic will help

    A mixture of sponge, turnicates and fan worms, leave them in, they act as filters
