Hypochondreefisis or hypochondreefia (sometimes referred to as health phobia or health anxiety of a reef aquarium) refers to excessive preoccupancy or worry about having a serious illness, disease or devastating water parameters in the water column. This debilitating condition is the result of an inaccurate perception of the aquariums condition despite the absence of an actual medical condition. An individual suffering from hypochondreefisis is known as a hypochondreefiac. Hypochondreefiacs become unduly alarmed about any physical symptoms they detect in their aquarium, no matter how minor the symptom may be, and are convinced that their aquarium has or is about too crash with a serious illness.

Its just funny, we all do it some degree.
