Looks different, what is the idea behind so many filter socks? And how does the water get in there, is the piping going to come down through the top? And what is the square acrylic(?) section on the left of the filter socks? Looks big enough to fit something in there, what's going in there?

These are our new custom made sumps. The water flows down from the tank (hole in first chamber), then up and into filter sock section for Mechanical filtration. If the socks get blocked the water will then flow up over the second bilk head into the third chamber. The last chamber will be for the return.

Socks are a great for mechanical filtration and, we get ours especially made, in various micron sizes.

All those filter socks are for ppl like me who hate cleaning them i think then. Can go atleast a month without having to clean them if I had so many...maybe even 2 months
