Those nasties are aiptasia. Are they spread all over your tank?
You can inject them with Aiptasi-X, Joes Juice or a diy mix, else you can try biological control - like a file fish or peppermint shrimp.

Yes they all ALL over! I have a small Nano tank so don't think the fish would work in there. Will the injections not get into the water and hurt my corals?

Youd inject a few at a time. Aiptasia-X is a thick paste and doesnt really get into the water column.
If they are all over your tank, it is going to be a long process getting rid of them

@Jade, you could try a file fish. Sell it when it's done.

Thank you for your help! I have read about this after you identified it and have done boiling water with a needle. It seems to have killed the big ones but there's still loads of small ones that's too small and quick to zap with the needle.

Just inject it with vinegar. Its cheap and works like a boss. You can even use Kalk mix and inject with that.

30% VOL /FOOD grade hydrogen peroxide. Full syringe and squirt a little directly onto the polp and watch it explode. Check out some videos on YouTube. Don't do to many at once as it will increase your bioload
