I want to raise my tanks Alkalinity from 5.1 dKh to +- 8 dKh by adding 13 grams Baking soda mixed with Ro water.

I need to drip the solution in very slowly. What can I build to do this.

if you can get your hands on a drip pipe from a doctor or so you could use that. with a vlamp or something till you get your desired flow rate out of the pipe

just buy a 500ml plactic bottle from platic warehouse.R2.99c. get some airline tubing with an ajustable valve that they use for air pumps. drill a hole in the cap. put the tubing in. seal it. put the valve on the end of the tube to contol flow. fill the bottle with solution. turn upside down and walla

2lt coke bottle and air line tube. Make a hole in the cap to fit the air line, and make a hole at the base to let in air.

fill the bottle with your solution, turn upside down and use a g-clamp to restrict flow to the number of drops per min. or you could tie a knot in the air line to give you the desired drop per min.

you should have all materials to do this at home already

@pinocchio nope. they will sell it to you if you state the reason for what it will be used for.

just buy a drip kit from any chemist like @the fish suggested. you dont even need to give a reason why you need it. its good because on the box it should tell you how many drops it takes to make 1ml so you can calculate how much you need to drip
