Goog day I don't really know if it has already been discussed but how much flow is enough because I have two seio m1500 in my tank but I want to know is one enough because it is rated at 6000 Lph and my tank is a jewel 450.
The reason for me asking is because if I switch both of them on my hammer coral do not open up all the way so I just want to have someone else's point of view.

Flow depends on corals kept, sps require a lot, LPS such as your hammer like medium flow.
Try point one up towards the surface.

At this stage both is pointing upwards but the flow is very high. I just want to know if it would harm my fish if the flow is to low

Fish are fine with lower flow.
The flow for corals is to remove their waste and disperse it into the water column , nutrient removal so they don't stew in their waste.

2x seieos doesnt seem too much for a tank that size...
As a test, try switching one off & see how the corals react. If they all look happy after a couple days, i would keep only one.

Can you perhaps give us a quick list of your corals & fish. Perhaps a picture as well.

Generally, all lps corals only like medium flow as dallas said. Only in full blown sps tanks do you need hectic amounts of flow.
In my 150l display nano, i only run one eco vortech mp10 at about 60% power which adds up to +- 3000l/h & im keeping a mixed lps/sps reef...

As visser mentioned, run one pump as see over the next 2-3 days, post pics here and then can see if second pump is needed
