Maybe just leave it (just do your regular water changes) and dose alkalinity buffer only as required.

Why are the levels so high?

Well that level of magnesium will kill the algae! What is your salinity!? Your salinity will be quite high to get that calcium level. Use thin siphon and siphon tank water out and at the same time replace water with ro mixed with kh buffer or 50 /50 mix of bicarb and bicarb that has been baked in oven at 200 for an hour. Just a teaspoon of mix per litre. drip it in otherwise it will cause a snow storm. after that just top up with ro with a bit of kh mix in. just remember no major hurry. major hurry causes shock and vrek vrek vrek

I would not be worried about mg being that high. It will come down by itself if you dont dose any mg supplements. Alk is very low and should be up around 7.5. Ca of 430 is also nothing to worry about. Normal range is around 420 in anyway.

What supplements are you dosing at the moment? I would get an alk specific supplement such as reef code B or something similar and dose that so that you raise the alk by say 0.5dkh per day. But add it slowly or in batched. Say 1/3rd in the morning, another 1/3rd when you get get in the afternoon and another 1/3rd before you go to bed.

with the calcium being so high you will struggle to bring kh up. Calcium needs to be reduced and then brought up again if necessary at same time and kh supp needs to be diluted in ro before dosing to prevent calcium carbonate snowstorm forming when dosing it.

Not dosing anything, tried dripping bicarb twice with no results.

    Do not know why

I was hoping that you would adjust kh up in the ro water. ro tends to have a low ph so on its own ot will pull kh down even further.
