Have wanted a marine aquarium since I was 20, eventually at the age of 48 I have a marine aquarium. 5 days down and all I can say is wow, it was worth the wait and it ain't even really started yet. What a learning curve.

    New set up

Bought a Red Sea Max 250. Still early in the cycling process. Live rock went in on Saturday. Getting around the chemistry set still proving to be a challenge. Amazing to just watch , and it's just rocks and sand so far....

Welcome to our forum...... The waiting and watching things change may seem like a pain in the a$&, but it's the best learning curve you gonna get.. And while you learning, you read and read and read some more... When the cycle is done, you will have become adept at this little lifestyle of ours and appreciate it wholeheartedly. Theres a few old school gurus here that will guide you through it all... They did this for me and I will be eternally grateful...
