i fairly new to the marine world and just started my tank about 1 month ago, i bought about 65Kg of very good live rock with 7 fish and few corals from a fellow reefer who had to sell and so my tank is well stocked just a month after startup, things seem to be fine for now and hopefully stays that way. pictures will follow shortly, few questions i have, how do i keep my KH above 8, how ,many times a day should i feed my fish and what foods are best, how many hours a day should the lights be on.

:welcometomasa2:...is it the Fresh water Tank you converted or a totally new Tank...? Can you give spec's of you'r Tank and also what type of Fishy's you have..that would determine feeding schedule and most likely "which-fish-needs-what"...

I think you must read the article on starting a marine tank - there is great info regarding filtration, lighting, etc - link below in my signature ;)

ive taken some photos but when i try to upload them it says image dimensions are too big, how do i take photos that will fit the dimensions

Open an Album...click on you'r Profile...on the far Right you will get option to open an Album...open one and load onto there...."green square" ontop...it will show "upload photo'... when you have created the Album...when you upload into the Album you won't have any resizing requirements....hope this helps...then when you Post...you just.."insert" from Album...by copy and paste...make sure the Curser in in a new line...
