My beautiful yellow wrasse is swimming around slugishly and with its mouth open. It's been doing it for about 2 days now, and I havn't seen it feeding. This morning I didn't see it at all. Has anybody experienced this before? Its mouth didn't look injured at all.

Although it may not have looked injured, I do suspect an injury. What do you have in the tank? Any aggressive fish?

Nope. They all get along swimmingly, and have done so for the last year or so. But yeah... it must be some kind of injury or trauma. Maybe even an absys or parasite inside its mouth.

This is the wrasse. Let's hope it reappears and recovers.
