    Hi guys

the one head of my torch appears to not be very happy - any ideas? do i need to remove it?

this pic was taken this morning, when i got home this afternoon those tentacles that are there have completely closed up now.

    thanks

I don't know if it could be a different cause but I know sometimes my torsh used to close for a day and was fine the next day,my frog and my hammer does the same. Maybe it's just something they do every now and then...

Yip, cut the dying piece off, but when doing this, do it in container full of tank water, not in the air, also try cutting it with a good sharp pair of cutters or a Dremel, don't just break it off as the shock from the break can harm the other heads.

i would say remove that head as soon as you can, lost a frogspawn with 7heads in a matter of a day because of brown jelly. Goodluck
