    Howdy everyone. ..

I need some help with some electronics. .. i managed to change a few caps on my resun controller and got the duration of the first two modes down to milliseconds. But i have a problem as the 3rd LED was rusted and broke at the base. what can i use as a substitute for the LED?

Okay change in scenario. .. so the 3rd mode still works as it takes time. I changed the cap and can vary the speed below a second. Problem is that it doesnt run at full power. The adapter is a 24vac/ac and somewhere on this board it converts that to dc. Mode 1 uses 12v, mode 2 uses 18v, and mode 3 uses 24vdc. My adapter is giving me an output of only 22v. Could this be causing it?
