Hi all just got myself a 1600(L) x 450 (w) x 600 (h) tank from a friend but during the transportation of the tank I managed to break the base glass of the tank and now need to replace it, as I would not likr to throw the tank away. This tank will be my last upgrade so want to do it right. Is there any advise on how to do this the glass is 10mm all round. Do I have to dismantle the whole tank and advice will be appreciated

yip thalion is right

once the bottom is removed the quad side structure
will hold its place

Pete - you can also just add another piece of glass on TOP of the broken piece of glass (if it is only cracked).

yes jacquesb is right as "Mtroboer" had the same problem and he
had resulted in adding another sheet of glass over it and has had no
problems up to date

ouch then pete guess you have to replace
it... becareful if you doing it yourself
glass cuts deep bro, make sure safety equipment is on ;)
