I did a scape of my tank on Friday with the help of friends and realised that the rocks that the carpet nenie was on is no longer visible in my tank and that it is now in the middle of a rock pile. Will the nenie move out to the light or will I have to go looking for it? I have rbtn and gbtn and they have been moving around after the scape. Please give some pointers what to do because I have not seen it since Friday.

    Mini carpet anemone?
It should move to a happy spot, but a wandering anemone is never good so you should rather move the rock

yeah, rather get it out. Either it is stuck inside, bleached by the time it could get out. Or floats around when it does get out.

How big is your system to be able to have 3 anemones? Do you run Carbon?

@RiaanP I actually have 5 small rbtn, 2 carpet nenies and one gbtn in a 1.5m x 600mm x 600mm tank. I have a reactor filled with carbon and they all seem happy. I will be selling 4 of the rbtn soon.

Personally I would leave it alone and let it move on it's own. I assume all inlets are covered.

Can you actually see the anemone, where it is buried under the rock? Can it move towards the light on its own?

The nenie is moving to the light. It has moved out the centre of the scape and is now in the light. I am rather fond of this nenie so stress levels back to normal for me. RiaanP when you are in CT pm me..... might have a red gift for you.
