Found this critter with my LR. Is it a black bristle worm? Do I keep it?

its not a bristle worm.

Whatever it is, I would keep it in the sump until a proper ID is given.

Should I sump this thing or will it be fine in the DT. I cant find him now.

I have no idea if they're good or bad, probably best to be safe and sump it if you ever see it again. But don't touch it with your hands, it'll be a very painful experience.
