its not a bristle worm.

Whatever it is, I would keep it in the sump until a proper ID is given.

I'm going to hazard a guess at it being one of the Hesionidae Polychaeta bristle worms, see what you think, about halfway down the page - Worm Hitch Hikers

I have no idea if they're good or bad, probably best to be safe and sump it if you ever see it again. But don't touch it with your hands, it'll be a very painful experience.
