    Good day all,
Today is indeed a sad day for me :(:(:(:(.
I've decided to sell all my corals/fish/life rock/Red sea pro salt - and maybe my skimmers.

I've decided to convert back to freshwater fish!
I just can afford to keep the marines anymore:(

I was busy today with a water change - switch the pump back on - nothing...
    Impeller gone!!!
Ok - to buy a new impeller is not that bad - but the cost just adds up and up..
And to make matters worse is the stupid price increase of 28% of electricity coming July.

I don't want to make money or even try to make my money back by selling everything - as I know that won't be possible. I just want to sell all the life stock at reasonable prices.

And I just need a guide line for that.

I will create a for sale thread as soon as I've some ideas on the prices...

Here is some of my pics of the lifestock for sell:
Nemmies (x2) both big as a dinner plat.

2 x clown fish. (I got some eggs from these two for a long time):) Now in the tank for about 3 years

Sun Coral (This one is eating like a pig!!!):

Will post more corals/photos later on!

    Hi guys,
Sorry - I don't want to turn this into a Sales thread - just as yet.
My idea with this thread was to get a general idea of on what I can ask.
I don't want to overcharge you guys, but I also want to get as much as possible back.
    (you know what I mean)

I will at least sell below LFS prices....

Like I've said - watch the for sale forum in the next week.
I'll get someone to come later this week to give me an indication on what i can charge.

Can you please post a close up pic of the banggai? If a male, Frans need it to produce some cardinals. I got plenty of females left. Typical Cape Town syndrome. Much more females than males.

Well "secondhand" live rock from about R80 without stuff growing on it. If you look in the for sale forum, there are some available and it seems that is the going rate. But that depends in my opinion. There are some rock at R100, and included - for free- a nice green carpet of algae. Yes sure, eventually you can get rid of the algae, but those rocks are already so phosphate loaded that it will take you another couple of months to sort out.

Anyway, you rocks do look clean.

Yip - they are clean :)
But a slight hint of algae started to grow on it again after I've removed my scrubber.
I had to remove it, as we had power outages, and I didn't had any backups. The screens died.
So my idea was to create a huge refugium... But that ain't gonna happen now.

But thanks for giving me a price on the rocks.
Will probably let it go between 80 and 100 bucks!
