What are you using to attach the corals? Are they colonies?

try using Bostick's SuperGlue Gel. its very good because you can take the coral out of the water aply few drops of glue and stick it on the rock in the tank without curing the glue too fast so it doesn't stick. any other super glue will cure instantly it gets in contact with the water because supper glue cures with humidity not heat like many people believe

with the superglue gel you can actually hold the rock in place and with the tube under the water apply the superglue where you need it as much as you need. it will take about 10 sec to cure and then its rock solid. i've glued a monti about th size of a large bowl like that and there is a MP10 blowing almost directly at it from about 30cm away.

Cable tie the colonies in place. Then push pratleys under the coral and over the plug. Use a small amount over a few days and once it's set, remove cable ties.

Hobby shop superglue gel is by far the cheapest glue and its the same stuff Ecotech and Boston aqua farms use, nice thing about super glue is it skins as soon as it hits water.

So you can apply some dip it in water then apply some more........ Till you've built a nice base.

I use UHU superglue gel from builders. The cheap without the nasty.
