looks like a great system, just have patience and take your time putting it all back together.
i know there are plenty of reefers in CT that can help with any physical help thats needed.

start by cleaning everything with white spirit vinager if u want to clean it good, and also keep your LR in a bucket of saltwater with a pump and heater to keep it alive while setting up the tank.

Those two openings on the skimmer are both outlets, water will flow out of both of these.

Welcome to the hobby and congratulations on getting your first tank. :)

Thnks viper!wasnt to sure about those openings,so i just need to drop my overflow return into the chamber of the skimmer and the skimmer and pump will do the rest wrt to flow into the next chambers(or how do i set the rate of the flow)

Dallas,i did clean the tank just need to do the sump and redo the plumbing.

    Yes.
What you can do is put some clear tubing onto those two outlets and have the tubing go down under the water (to prevent too much splashing), personally I would have those two outlets returning into the same chamber as the skimmer, the water will flow into the next chambers at it's own pace. If you have the outlets going into the next chamber then logic tells me that you will empty the chamber that the skimmer is in, not good. :)

Has that skimmer got any airlilne tubing going up the side of it?

yes, both skimmer and pump has airline tube attached to it.
Nope, want to let the outlets drop into same chamber as sump(same as u suggested with tubing)this will also soften the noise levels im assuming.
Middle chamber will hold my dsb,3rd chamber the return pump.

From the pics,do you think i will have a major problem in the clearence between my sump when tryin to clean it?

I can drop the sump, but then i will have to cut one of the 2 support beams of the metal frame.

It looks like quite a tight fit, but as long as you can get the skimmer cup off and on easily then you'll be ok, you will need to remove and clean your skimmer cup at least once a week, every 3 or 4 days will be even better.

Cool, you should be good to go then.

Get all the plumbing done, then fill the tank with RO water, get it circulating and set the heaters to about 25-26, once the water has reached temp then you can add salt until you get to about 1.024 - 1.026, unless you're using NSW (Natural Sea Water) then just add that and get it to temp, then give your aragonite a rinse under the hosepipe, add it to the display tank and your DSB, then add all your rock and sit back and wait a few weeks for the tank to cycle.

Plumbing will be done today still
Will be collecting NSW2mor(this is the same as water from 2oceans aquarium?)

I have been keepin my LR in a bucket with water i got from a matured tank, will i still need to rinse it or transfer straight?(bucket has powerhead and heater in)

Also can i throw in the aragonite in my DT before adding the NSW or better to add afterwards?

Better to add the aragonite after you have added the water. If you add it before you will more than likely get trapped air pockets in the sand which can cause problems later down the line.

When you take the rock out of the bucket first give it a good swish around in the water in the bucket, this will loosen and remove any detritus that has accumulated on the rock, thereafter straight into the tank.
