Please, please, I am in desperate need of help. urgently desperate. My anenome has been looking a bit off. Then today I see tiny black dots on him. Smaller then pin heads. He is looking really sick, I think I will lose him if I can't get help.

Hi Lisa - could you PLEASE give us more information? Do you have a picture perhaps, at least? Also - what lighting do you have above the tank?
What exactly is your water parameters?
Do you feed you anemone? If so, what do you feed? And how often? What size is the food you are feeding?

Maybe you should think about re-locating it, into a tank like Alans possibly, or any other reefer here that has a well kept mature system, Alan popped into my head because he has an anemone, but not sure if this will stress it out. Lisa is this the green bubble tip or one of the others? i cannot remember what other one there was, have you been running activated carbon? it could be bad because your tank is small and you have two anemones close together, my thoughts besides everything else is chemical warfare

Is this the current state of the anemone, Lisa? And how OFTEN do you feed?
You are feeding good...... But, I just need to know how often as well? And what lighting?

Ok - so far - so good. The lighting SEEMS good enough.... what's the wattage?
    The feeding is often enough.

The anemone looks in good health, according to what I see in the pic.
The black dots COULD possibly be clumping of zooxanthellae.... BUT, at this stage, if it was me - I would just monitor the anemone - but not worry.....

Thanks for posting BEFORE some really bad has happened....
