    I I have Boyu Tl450 thats 3 months in the making , steady progress, with amazing and interesting creatures.

    i have a midas Blennie , awesome to watch , very flexible fish
    1 true perc clown
    4 hermit crabs
    1 turbo snail
    1 banded coral shrimp.
    6kgs fiji live rock
    3 different varieties of sps


    the images are too big i will try and compress it to display pics.

    i had a very interesting event in the tank the otherday , i saw the bristle worms gang up and devour a pest crab , nature works mysteriously

    Hello and Welcome. Another Centurion reefer...

    Most likely the crab was dead. Worms are scavenders, vultures. And to slow to kill a crab. Unless you got monster size worms. Then I would be scared to put my hand into that tank....

    thanks for the info, the crabs total size was about a thumbnail size and one of the worms was about 4mm wide , i dont know how long it was, but that 1 was wrapped firmly around the crab , while four other worms about 1.5mm wide busy tugging at the crabs legs. i have the pics but its too large to upload.

    hey guys these are pics of the inmates above however the ones below are the bristle worms chowing down on the crab, not that clear, sorry it looked better on the phone lol, means i need a new camera for these type of situations .
