    Hi guys

Just checked my tank temp and dropped to 24.8. I have 2 AM 300w titanium heaters and both are cold to the touch. Is it possible that both could fail at the same time?

Profilux controls them and the power socket is on. Tested with a light.

In the meantime I put in a 200w spare heater. Will this get me through the night?

Tank size is about 1500l incl sump.

    Thanks

one heater most likely already failed some time ago. The other did all the work until it also failed.

Keep all doors and windows closed.
If needed, throw a blanket over the tank to minimize heat loss.
Ensure that there are still ventilation.

Remove the blanket tomorrow before the lights come on.

Or, just leave your lights on if you have halides or T5's. Still havent plugged in my heater, temp slowly going down to 24... Nothing to stress about.
