check the size of the pic. There are limits to the resolution and size must be smaller than 225kb.

How fast has the tissue been receeding?
How close is the hammer to the bubble coral?

It really isn't looking good. Where is it placed in your tank?
    How close to top/bottom?
    What lights do you have?
    Size of tank?
What are your Calcium, alkalinity levels?

Do you feed your corals? target feeding or just adding some phytoplankton or reef snow to the water?

Did it look 100% when you got it? because the easiest way these things die is because of damage during handling and transport.

Usually something is wrong with water parameters if the tissue is receding. So double check your nitrates, nitrites, ammonia and phosphates.

Things to check: (some are obvious)
    1. Salinity.... Makesure your salinity is not too high (remember if you use a hydrometer to test at 25celcius)

    2. Flow... They tend to do well with a "breezing" to very low flow..they tend to be hindered in higher flow.

I wouldn't say its only water params... I had a Hammer, no probs.. a Hermit knocked it with its shell, then it started retracting.. my water params are stable -

Could be more flow related, or something that bothered it..

Hammers, Frogspawns, Bubble corals.. they are all sensitive and usually dont last to long
