Hey guys i've upgraded my big tank to a 400w mh and t5 combo so i dont need this unit anymore, will rather use the cash towards stocking my new tank.

It a 4 x 54w t5 unit made by hailea,it has semi individual reflectors and cooling vents on the top and sides to release heat.

Splash cover not so clear anymore and has a small crack, so i suggest you replace it to get maximum light throughput. It has nuts on the top to mount hanging kit.

    Looking for R1200 neg.

nb it has 2 reeftek tubes that are around a year old but the other two need replacing as they are almost gone.

I love the moonlight effect ;) I also run moonlights 24/7 so there is always some light in my tank.

Need lights for the predator tank, so moonlights would not matter.
What is the dimensions for this unit?
Does it have feet to stand on, or is this a roof suspended unit?
Can you control the bulbs individually?

its 1,2m by 45cm from what I can tell ,but if you need more accurate sizes I can measure for you tommorrow night as its at my parents place boet.

it does not come with legs,i had it resting on my bracing in the tank.it has two nuts on the top where you can attach a hanging kit if you want,so no need to drill it for that use.

    Thanks for the info Falcon,

What I mean with this question is if you can run blue lights and white separate?

lol i'm still thinking of keeping it in case i ever get a long tank in future again, but i guess it would be more rewarding right now to spend that cash on my cube.

It has two control switches that control 2 globes each,so yes you can put 2 blue globes separate if you wish.

It will work but alone it will not be enough light its only 216w of t5 and your tank is quite big....you will need additional lighting to this,

if only softies then double this atleast. so this unit + another one like this will work.

and if you want to keep sps, anemones, clams etc then you need atleast 500w total of t5 or mh halide lighting in that size tank.
