Good day all, some pics taken a while ago of my tank. Thought I would send them out, to give an update of how things have gone. Tank is running smoothly, and will update after exam on Wed. [IMG][IMG]

THanks Guys, am really just battling more with the pics than anything else. Can't seem to get them to size. Plus even if I get them below 225kb, it is still rejected as being too big. Will try another way to get them smaller as I have a ton more pics and they're much nicer than these ones.

Honda - that's a really beautiful magnifica anemone. What lighting do you have above that nemmie?

BTW: the maximum filesize for posting pics, is 225KB.....

THanks Jacque - I have 8 x 54w, which I run staggered to avoid algae. Most of the day is on 2 only (cycling between different colour schemes) and then I run all 8 for 3 hours at night (17:00 til 20:00)

The Angel pics are a tribute to my Yellow Angel that passed yesterday. No reason whatsoever. Just up and left. So enjoy the pics as he was a great bugger

Honda - I would like to suggest that you keep ALL 8 x 54 watt T5's on, for at least 5 hours, for the h. magnifica's sake. Nothing less...... anything less, would mean the demise of your nemmie.....

Hi Jacque, thanks I will look into it. I have had the nennie for close on 2 years and no problems. I will be scaling the lights up again as the algae has settled down nicely. The nennie is more affected by food than the lights at the moment. When he loses his pieces of meat, he loses a little size. But when it sticks he swells up nicely. Thanks.

    Tank looks very nice :)

There is only one thing that might not work, and that is the DSB - way too small for it to be effective :(
