    Hi Ahmed26545, welcome to MASA!

Being "in the process of setting up" your nano, where are you at?
Do you already have your tank?
Is it cycling, or are you still researching?

    Enjoy your stay with us!
    Cheers

Add good carbon media and phosphate remover in your filtration. Advised brand would be seachem Marix carbon and phosguard. And obviously your core filtration will be a good Graded Live rock very porous so that bacteria can live. To estimate for each 10 litres of water you need 1kg live rock, so in your case 3kg minimum. Then you wait patiently for 3-4 weeks dosing a good bacteria. Advised brand would be Seachem stability everyday for the tank to cycle, and test water for NH3, NO2, NO3. When those are undetectable your cycle has completed.
That will be your step 1.
