Hi all
,
Came across your site while on the net and boy am I surprised. I did not know there was a reef keeping forum in SA. Went to school at Queens College in Queenstown, studied in PE and moved to the UK a few years ago. I still miss those early morning dives down on the "slip-way".
Dont get the chance here.
My parents live down in Queensburry Bay, just north of east london and are actually currently paying us a visit here (for the next 5 weeks).
I run a 1700l mixed reef system, mainly concerntrating on sps and lps. Main display 1000l reef with a 250l fuge. In the system I have incorporated a 250l tank that houses my lionfish and some frags. The rest is just filtration compartments and live rock holding tanks.
Just wanted to pop in and say hi to you all out there and hope we can all learn a lot from each other on this forum.
Regards,
Neil
