Greetings and assistance needed on led lights

Hi All.....
I have 2 maxspect razor r420r led lights....
I noticed the one light is dimmer than the other..
I further noticed the power insert to the lights is melted and hot....
Could this be the reason for the light being dimmer???
Also.... could anyone assist for contact details of someone who could repair ??

Yeah, in some specific models the drivers overheat and that can be the reason the light is dimmer.
The agents are down in cape town and they only deal with LFS. Sheldon at Marine aquatics in Alberton assisted me when my units needed to be serviced. Couriered it to them.
