    Hi MASA,
I have a lot of green button polyps growing on a large rock, with my candy canes, zoanthids. These polyps are bigger than a 50c coin and their tentacles are long. They are spreading like ebola and stinging my corals I think.
How do I remove them? They are stunning lumo green under my actinic leds but I wanna use that rock for my lps frags

I'm not sure how to. I would have to chip away at the rock?

Try scrape under them without cutting into then. Removing a thin layer of rock. Not always easy depending on how hard the rock is

Maybe swop it for a similar size live rock.

Sell the rock. And get another. Sure the lid wil swop it as well.

Else treat them the same as aiptasia. Or kill them the same way.

Hi. I had xenia do the same. To aid in thinning it out I dropped some rubble between them and sometimes over them. They attached fairly quickly to the rubble. Then u just remove the rubble bits as they attach.
